Yes. Outer west corridor (Nallagandla, Tellapur, Bachupally), north growth belt (Kompally, Quthbullapur), and east gateways (Uppal, Pocharam) all have 2BHK options at ₹60–95L with reasonable commute to the IT corridor. Trade-off: 30–45 minute peak commutes.
Hyderabad's IT-corridor core (Madhapur, Gachibowli) pushed 2BHK entry above ₹1 Cr in 2024. But ₹1 Crore-and-below still buys you a real, deliverable 2BHK across three peripheral bands.

Some specific projects in these suburbs have builder-quality issues, drainage problems (rainy season flooding in some Bachupally / Quthbullapur estates), or RERA delivery delays. Practical guidance: at ₹1 Cr-and-below entry, prioritise (1) RERA-registered builds with on-time history, (2) gated communities >50 units (better resale liquidity), (3) within 3km of an existing or planned metro station.
